Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450–500 g) ground beef
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- (Optional) ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- (Optional) chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the onion (if using). Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles (or cut into rectangles if preferred).
Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese onto each piece of dough.
Roll up tightly, sealing the edges.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Brush the rollups generously with the garlic butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm
