Corn Dip With Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional add-ins: chopped green onions, jalapeños, or paprika

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the corn and cook for 3–4 minutes until heated and lightly golden.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the sour cream and shredded cheese, mixing well until creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Add any optional toppings you like.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
